After years of slicing and dicing, the chickens are still looking for revenge. This time they have joined forces with a group of anger turkeys to make sure that Thanksgiving is never celebrated on Earth again and the turkeys are spared from their annual slaughter ritual. Expect more crazy action, fast paced action and more weapons than ever before.

The invading turkeys are no pushovers and come armed with plenty of technology to help them triumph. Players step up again to join an intergalactic battle with the birds to prevent them from taking over Earth and making humans their slaves. Players are given a total of twenty unlockable secrets to find as will as bonuses, medals and lots of weapons at their disposal.

Despite the new take on the game, there is no disguising the fact that Chicken Invaders 4 Thanksgiving has not changed much from the previous games. Of course in some ways this is a bonus, as people who are familiar with the other games will be jump right into the fun and start having a blast. However, there really isn’t enough to make this game stand out and gamers who have yet to complete the other Chicken Invaders games might prefer to finish them first.

As with the other games, Chicken Invaders 4 Thanksgiving is created in the arcade style with rows of descending chickens and turkeys that must be blasted into oblivion before they reach the bottom of the screen. The game can be rather challenging at times, but the new weapons help to make things easier. Of course, gamers will need to learn how to use these new weapons, which can add to the fun and randomness of the game.

There are also several special secrets that need to be unlocked before players can progress. Figuring out what these secrets are and unlocking them can provide a little extra fun. Despite the fact that the format of the game is similar to the other instalments, it is still crazy fun and it is very easy to become addicted.
